This is kinda silly. The whole point of upgrading the workbench is to access the better gear, if you need lower tier unlocks you have to use the lower tier bench. Giving each bench lower tier tech tree access is another way to turn rust into an easier game. It’s not supposed to be easy, you’re suppose to plan around the mechanic.
