Plus, molten armor only buffs melee, and you would be pretty hard pressed to kill WoF with melee alone. Crimson, on the other hand, (weakly) buffs all types of damage., Meteorite is really good for mage builds along with it allowing the player to infinitely shoot the laser gun (along with the laser gun dropped by the WOF) While the Crimson armor is more built for melee builds with its decently high regen speed and good defense. I would personally prefer the meteorite due to the infinite firing of the laser gun ..., With that said, here is how I see things: Melee - crimson.
