Hi, I am trying to figure out how to get the Rocksteady Mantle. I am HR60, did the Tempered Kirin and the two Bazelgeuse. But now the guide says I have to kill three 3Star-Tempered Elder Dragons. But they dont show up in the Investigations. I tried doing the Tempered Kirin again to get Footprints for new Tempered Investigations. But there where none. It doesnt help that many guides say ...
