Re-volter bl3

I'm farming Sumo for the Re-Volter right now, and I have a specific version I want. I'm specifically looking for a Fleet Re-Volter (specifically one with 2-3 rolls of it, since it can roll the same attachment multiple times) as well as the Annointment that makes shield break effects trigger on Action Skill use.

Especially with how often you get pretty much all of Amara’s action skills. think the build has a different anointment for it. shield being lvl 1 so it’s easily breakable, giving you another anointment slot. that’s the video I’ve seen anyways, moxsy has made a lot though so it could be another one.
