The Parleys Canyon overpass and fences, as shown in figure 1, are located at the epicenter of most WVCs in Utah. The overpass is constructed over the six-lane Interstate 80 near Parleys Summit, with 3.5-mile fences on both sides, and was completed in early December 2018 (Helean, 2022). Figure 1.
