The IVT transmission is a good transmission, but if it does give problems can be very expensive to repair/replace. New transmission can be in range of $25,000.00 plus labor. My neighbor runs a drum mower (off branded implement) to cut about 10 acres of hay. I run a small Kuhn disc mower. Thank you for the responses. I'll work on the negative connection and the jumper wire. My 2011 5065E had starter troubles. First issue was battery ground cable at frame. Have spent close to $10,000 and I'm still having issues. A little bit of history... The front hydraulic pump has been replaced twice since I've owned the tractor; last time was in the past 4 years., With a loader, your gonna want/NEED weight on the rear.
