Manchu is a formable nation in Europa Universalis IV. Manchu can be formed by the three Manchurian tribes: Haixi, Jianzhou and Yeren.

Eu4 manchu. Jianzhou-->Manchu, the ultimate WC tag in 1.22. Much has already been written about the Manchu tag. I decided to write up a guide because I learnt a lot about the game from resources written by other players. Additionally, I disagree to various extents with guides out there, and I discovered some key steps which make the tag more powerful.
