Right click "Fughar's Timepiece" in pearl inventory and select the second character you created to be boosted. On new season char, switch back to season server., Season servers are available for a limited time, and once you've completed the "Black Spirit's Pass" (or feel ready) you can "graduate" your character into a normal character that removes the access to seasonal server, but retains your gear and rewards that you earned whilst you were on it.
