Feel like I'm pregnant, bloating, nausea, fatigue, exhausted, teary, constipated (sorry tmi) but not sure if I'm just getting carried away with myself.

I tested at 12 DPO on Thursday and got a BFN. I ovulated either cycle day 13 or 14 and today is day 29 and no period yet. Would it be possible to get a BFP even after getting a bFN at 12dpo? I have uploaded a pic of the test from 12 DPO. Clearly negative.
